This Privacy Policy explains how Proper Bits Ltd ("Proper Bits", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Weeklie mobile application (the "App") and when you visit our website at weeklytimetable.app (the "Website"). Most of this policy describes the App; the section Information the Website Collects covers the Website specifically.

Who We Are

Proper Bits Ltd is the controller of your information and is based in the United Kingdom. If you have questions, contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information described below.

• App content you enter: Your timetable, classes, homework, reminders, and notes are stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account.
• Shared timetables: If you share using a code, we temporarily store a compressed timetable file so another device can import it.
• Analytics and diagnostics: We collect app interactions, broad feature counts, app, device and network information, crash and performance data, and a random installation identifier. We use the same identifier for analytics, crash diagnostics, and support diagnostics. It is not an account identifier and normally changes after reinstalling. Analytics does not receive your timetable content, notes, support messages, email address, attachments, or share codes.
• Advertising data: In the free version, advertising providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad interactions. Consent and platform permissions apply where required.
• Support communications: If you contact support or send feedback, we collect the content of your message, your optional email address, attachments, and technical diagnostics.
• Purchases: Apple or Google handles payments. We receive purchase confirmation and Premium status, but not your payment-card details.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you include them in support messages.

Information the Website Collects

You can read every page of weeklytimetable.app without giving us any personal data. The Website sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and contains no social-media or advertising trackers. It does not attempt to identify you or follow you across other sites.

• Hosting: Our hosting and security provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attack.
• Audience measurement: We use cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It stores nothing on your device and records the page address, the referring site, your browser and operating system, screen size, country, and page-loading performance. It does not create a profile of you, does not track you between sites, and does not give us data that identifies you personally. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site is useful and in working order. If you would rather not be counted, enabling "Do Not Track" or any standard content blocker will prevent the measurement script from loading, and the Website works normally without it.
• Contact form: If you use the support form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, plus the page you sent it from. Security and communications providers process it on our behalf to protect the form and transmit and store the message. We use it only to answer you.
• Spam protection: Our security provider receives your IP address and browser characteristics to check that the form is not being submitted by an automated script. This check runs only when you press Send.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use anything collected through the Website for advertising.

• Show and measure ads (if applicable).

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed with the following categories of recipients:

• Analytics and crash-diagnostics providers.
• Hosting, temporary storage, security, and communications providers.
• Google Mobile Ads and the advertising partners identified in any consent form shown to you.
• Apple or Google when they process an App purchase.

These providers may process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Advertising partners may act as independent controllers for their own processing (for example, to provide and measure ads).

We do not sell your personal data.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Our company is based in the UK. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Data Retention

Local content remains until you delete it or the App. A timetable shared by code expires 30 days after creation or its latest successful retrieval and is then deleted through routine cleanup. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, required business records, and legal obligations.

Your Choices

• You can review or change available advertising and analytics consent choices under Advanced Settings > Privacy Choices in the App.
• You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings and advertising choices in your device settings where supported.
• You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
• You can delete the App to remove locally stored data and its installation identifier from your device.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or request data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us using the details below. We will stop that processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue or need it for legal claims.

Children’s Privacy

Weeklie is intended for people aged 13 and over, and our Terms and Conditions set the same minimum age. The App and the Website are study tools rather than social products: there are no profiles, no messaging between users, and no public content.

We do not require an account or ask users for their age. If you believe a child has provided personal data through support or timetable sharing without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
